Kathryn Nee (Nobody Girl to the art world) is a fine art and portrait photographer living in Atlanta,
Georgia who specializes in architectural and abandonment art.
Kathryn has been published by National Geographic, All About Photo, LenScratch, Feature Photo, and
featured on HLN news. Some of my Kathryn’s awards include National Geographic Editor’s Picks, 13
winners ribbons from the Atlanta Photographic Society, and winning images from Terrabella Media
Competitions. In the recent past, Kathryn had work exhibited in the Sohn Fine Art Gallery in
Massachusetts, exhibited work at the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art, as well as several solo exhibits
across the United States.
Finding beauty in old, decaying, forgotten places and objects, Kathryn searches the globe for decay and
rot. She’s a lover of all things weird, macabre, dark, whimsical, dangerous, strange, and unloved and it’s
shows in the somber images she creates.
Her work will be featured in the upcoming NINE Exhibit at the Pb&j Art Gallery in Atlanta this October.
The show will run from October 21 – November 22nd, 2017.
